As you know, the Affordable Connectivity Program is winding down. Without additional government funding, the SIM card previously provided will stop working during May 2024.

  • We have already mailed a new SIM card to the address on file.
  • If you haven’t received it, reach out and we’ll send a new one.  We include 5 days for free, to help get you setup.

We offer several plans from 5 days to 30 days. From $4.99 to $40 monthly, depending upon the plan you choose.

We offer two ways to pay.

Using a debit/credit card, we charge for service each 30 days.  When you choose this option, we will apply a 5% discount each month, bringing the monthly plan price lower.  There are no contracts and no activation fees.

Using cash (or debit/credit), buy a pin from a local retail location which sells prepaid phone cards.  The pin can then be added to the device to continue service for 30 days.  There are no contracts and no activation fees.

EMAIL: help@libertymobileinc.com. Include Name, Address, City, State, Zip Code and SIM card will be on its way to you!

AFTER the SIM card is received, follow the directions in the mailing.  We’ve also included below.

To activate the SIM card, call 855-566-1776 from another phone. You’ll need the PUK1 code (located in the upper left-hand corner of the SIM card) when you call.

We’ve included 5-days service for free to get you started! If you’re not going to use the SIM card, you’re welcome to give it to another person.

They can use it to switch to Liberty Mobile and set up their own account.
